Extremely Poor Service
I am in the process of trying to get help from King Price Insurance for my car that was ****** and recovered with a few defects by the police. King Price evaluator chose to take my car to a panelbeater who is not approved by the car manufacturer without consulting me. Despite my plea that he does something about the matter, he has not given me an idea of what he is going to do. The consultant in charge of my claim, Mianay does not respond to my emails. I will not back down without a fight. My car is still under manufacturer's warranty and King Price will have to make a plan and get this matter sorted.

As our telephonic discussion today and earlier this week.
Magis Autobody had Hyundai approval when we assessed and approved the claim, however they moved premises and is in the process of having the Hyundai approval carried over.
Regardless, your vehicle is still going to be checked by Hyundai for the warranty to be re-instated. Mpho from Magis will provide you with the necessary documentation as well.
