Extremely poor service
Rediculous treatment. Quite happy to take your money but like to not pay claims or reduce them to the point your excess is more than they have to pay. 2 policies closed ond moved over lousy service. I feel like I'm been treated like a ********. I have to prove everything. Ridiculous.

06 Nov 2024, 14:26I'm not interested in a long drawn out discussion that I will inevitably lose. I just think that you people chisel a claim down to nothing by using certain select assessors. I have accepted it and now move on without King Price. You chiseled my claim on one of my policies but you lost both policies. No problem.

I will still regard you people as very very slapgat and a money grabbing organization whom I pay to look after me and make sure that, in the event if some problem, I will be looked after. But you dont. If you took my Claim, deducted the excess and paid the difference I would have no problem. However, you take the claim and chisel it down to next to nothing and still charge me an excess to make sure you pay less than my excess. I will never recommend you to anyone.
