Extremely helpfull and friendly staff
I have recently received my policy increase letter, not being satisfied with the increase I requested a call back from King Price. Quintin Barnard gave me a callback within 5 minutes and had all my information at hand. I explained to him what was happening and immediately he was willing to assist me in any way possible.
Within 10min he had managed to drop my premium to even less than what it was prior to the increase and updated my personal details.
If only all call centre agents was this willing to help their customers and get them the best deal for their money the world would be a much better place.
I thank Quintin for the great service, he is truley an asset to King Price as he had won me back!
