Extremely Disappointing Experience with King Price Insurance

I had a truly frustrating experience with King Price Insurance in 2022 that I feel compelled to share. After an incident, I submitted a claim only to be informed that it was rejected because I allegedly hadn’t paid my premium on a pro-rata basis. This was shocking news to me, as my insurance broker had assured me multiple times that I was fully covered.

When I reached out to King Price to clarify the situation and to request access to the call records with my broker, I was met with resistance. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, they refused to provide the call records that I believed would substantiate my case. It felt like they were more focused on avoiding accountability than on addressing my legitimate concerns.

The lack of transparency and support from King Price was incredibly disappointing. I expected a customer-centric approach, especially during such a stressful time, but instead, I was left feeling frustrated and helpless. I would not recommend King Price Insurance based on my experience. Customer service and trust are essential in this industry, and they fell short on both counts.
