Extremely disappointing.

I have claim with kingprice.

My car was involved with the accident in April and the claim was approved to repair the car. Then last week just out of the blue they are saying that the car is a write off because the repairing company is adding additional +/- 20000 from approved claim. So I said I can pay that because all I want is to get the car fixed, they don't want that all they want is to write off the car which will benefit kingprice at the end of the day.

1. I asked them to get different quotations from different companies and they don't want- All they want is a write off and sell it.

2. I requested to pay the additional fee from the amount that kingprice approved for the claim- kingprice does even want to hear that. Why? Because it is not like they did not approve the claim All I asked for is to add the money ontop of the approved payment. This is also not making sense at all.

Why all of sudden they are rushing me because they want to write off the car and sell it which is good business for them.

I waited for whole 2 months while they were saying that the car is getting fixed. Which car was getting fixed?
