Extremely Disappointed with King Price – Unresolved Excess Refund
I logged an accident claim with King Price in June 2024 after an incident that was not my fault. I submitted all required documents and proof, including police reports and statements. However, I am still waiting for my excess refund with no clear explanation or updates from the company.
The lack of communication and delay in processing my refund is frustrating and unacceptable. I expect better service, especially when all necessary documentation has been provided. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend King Price as a reliable insurance provider.

I was initially assured that the Legal team would do everything possible to recover costs from the other party. I was hugely inconvenienced by this incident, only to receive a follow-up email stating they couldn’t assist due to a lack of evidence and advising me to pursue small claims court on my own.
I even offered to gather video footage that could have provided the necessary evidence, but this was clearly disregarded. I pay monthly premiums and excess charges with the expectation of receiving adequate support, yet this case was abruptly closed with no attempt to recover costs from the other party.
The lack of effort and professionalism displayed here is not only frustrating, but it also leaves me questioning the value of my policy. Rest assured, I will not be recommending King Price Insurance to anyone, and I am already in the process of finding a more competent and reliable provider.
