Extremely disappointed

I had a bad experience with king price insurance i recently claim for my house content which is my fridge that stopped being cold and I was told by one of their agent that my claim was rejected when I ask why they said something I didn’t understand then I asked what’s the point of paying insurance every month and when I need them they can’t help me,and there was no clear answer I’m disappointed because I chose them out of number of insurances because I trusted them now I’m stucked with a faulty fridge which I don’t know what am I gonna do, I won’t advise anyone to take their cover they promise lies and when it’s time to deliver they feed you with excuses.
