Extremely disappointed and helpless

I was in an accident a month ago precisely and the car is still not been repaired nor the job being started on it. My understanding as of this morning is that the repair is going to cost a significant amount and I literally don't understand why is this car being repaired as it could be very unsafe and I get no form of feedback from them around the details of the damages as per their assessment literally in the dark since day one. To get the claim approved I had to escalate to highest level within the department it is shocking!.<br> <br> I have never even got assessors report of how significant the damages are and the service has been extremely trying with very relaxed support from King Price.<br> <br> At this stage I am not even certain as to how long it will take t repair the car and if the parts ordered will be sufficient to finalise the repairs.<br> <br> I am beyond anger, frustration and you can name them all but I am very disappointed and I give King Price a very good premium for more that 1 car insured with them and I am actually certain I was not in my right informed state of mind when I chose King Price. I do not even have the courage of repeating all my efforts in trying to get some progress...
