EXTREME SATISFIED customer! Wow!

I am in absolute awe of the service I continue to get from King Price! I have been insured by King Price since 2018, I’ve been through one car accident, and since then I have bought a new car and I am still currently insured by King Price! Their service is like no other insurance company out there! No matter what query I have or problem I am faced with, I am always tended to immediately and within minutes my problem is solved! No lengthy phone calls (which always happens, especially when you don’t have the time or patience to take such a long phone call), no emails going back and forth! It just gets sorted out with ease and with one quick call! Today I requested a “Call me back” off the King Price app. King Price then called me back and I first spoke JC (so well spoken and as helpful as he could be), JC asked how he could help me today and did my security check, he then explained that he is going to transfer me to a senior consultant and within seconds I was on the line to miss LIANKA VENTER, another lovely King Price representative that I got to speak too today! Nothing beats a friendly voice over a phone call, product knowledge and outstanding service!! I cannot thank her enough for her help today! This is why I will never change to any other insurance company!
