Extreme Poor Service

On the 11 February 2015 I decided to take a policy with King Price Insurance. Biggest mistake of my life! i decided to cancel the King Price policy after speaking to my original insurance company <br> <br> Policy Number at King Price Insurance KP***<br> <br> I called and cancelled it on the same day i took it out (11/02/2015)and was informed the policy is cancelled and i receive an email confirming the cancellation.<br> <br> i waited , no confirmation letter came. i called back , this time i spoke to a consultant by the name of Joe. He assure me dont worry , Mr Simjee , u will receive the letter of cancellation in the nexr 5 mins .<br> <br> I waited again, Nothing. i phone back , again being put through to Joe. He again assured me the cancellation is being processed and he spoken to his manager. I cannot give me a letter now on the system, but his manger will get a letter typed out and sent to me in next half hour . <br> All False Promises , lies .the email never came .<br> I called again today, 12/02/2015 . Spoke to 2 more consultants Sharon and Busisiwe to be horrified to find out the Policy was not cancelled . i asked to speak immediately to the manager who promised i would get the letter in 15 mins . Nothing!
