EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE
The insurance claim system was out and I needed to register a claim for my window chip. Carmen personally called to assist as she appreciated the fact that a chip could easily cause further damage that may require the window to be replaced. Despite the insurance debit order issues I managed to get a claim number and instruction was immediately issued to the service provider to attend my case.
