Exeptional service
I would like to commend Rose Dipela for an exeptional service displayed. on the 29th April 2015 i called the call centre quering an unusual debit on my account. Rose, was very welcoming and understanding to my concerns. She requested that i fax my bank statement of which i did the following day ( 30 April) and 30 min later, i recieved a call that my matter was resolved. I am really greatful that we still have people who take time to listen and go out of their way to assist customers.<br> <br> Well done to Rose and King Price.<br> <br> kind regards<br> Mbusi Cebekhulu
