Excess *******

<p>So I have been waiting for 8 months for an answer but it seems my case has been swept under the carpet. Someone crashed into me a year back and I had to fork out R4500 again for excess, I had a witness and did everything needed for King Price. Why must I pay R4500 for someone who hit me to know King Price wont do anything to get money back. I understand if I hit someone Ill pay and not expect it back. How does the other parties' details just get lost through the system, their number plate, ID, everything just swept under the carpet. So am I paying for a service that pays for ********* to get away with R4500 of MY money for their mistake????? Is that King Price service and then you dont hear anything back, its just gone into someones back pocket when I did everything needed. I think I need to post this on Facebook and pay for spreading the way we get ****** for other people just crashing into us all the time. I cant fork out R4500 evrytime someone hits me and nothing gets done about it. Would you at King Price allow yourself to keep paying for someone else to crash into you????????</p>
