Excess Refund /Feedback

I was a policy holder at King Price, In 2015 Nov, I had an accident, another car drove to the back of my car at the robots. The car was a write off, the other driver was drunk. I reported the matter to the insurance. They wrote off the car paid me less the excess . I was promised that their legal section will recover my excess from the other guy. It is 2017, i have heard nothing from them.

in March 2016, i also had an accident another drunk driver drove at the back of my at the speed calming humps. He drove away but i traced him and found him. He accepted responsibility in writing and I submitted everything to insurance for them to process, they paid my claim less the excess. They also promised that their legal department will recover my excess but up to today I have heard nothing from them.

I am shocked the way they have misrepresented and misled to believe that they will recover my excess. I am out of pocket for closed to R5000 or so but I am not even getting feedback from them. I have called left messages and also sent email and they do not respond.

I wonder what they mean with Royal Treatment.,.....
