Excess increased
I amended my excess last year from R4500 to R1500, last week the workshop called me to fetch my car and pay R4500. My policy schedule is clear that my excess is R1500.

The matter was investigated by our claims department who have been in contact with you to advise that the excess was changed after the incident occurred and therefore the previous excess of R4500.00 would still apply.
