EXCEPTIONAL service!! The BEST service EVER!!! I called in at king price insurance regarding a claim involving three motor vehicles. A very kind and gentle lady by the name Palesa assisted me and it was THE BEST service I ever received from any insurance or financial service provider. She assisted me with ALL my questions and dealt with the entire processing of the claim VERY calmly and patiently. It made an overwhelming experience very easy and smooth to deal with. Palesa also offered additional advice when dealing with tow companies and accident situations. A HUGE shout-out to Palesa @kingprice insurance!! I also want to add that Justine, another claims consultant had initially taken my call at the time of the event and she was VERY friendly, and VERY helpful in assisting and guiding the situation.
