I've just had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Richard John Geldenhys in the Retentions department of King Price Insurance. Oh my, Its not often in my 47 years that I've had the privilege of meeting really kind, decent human beings. My personal problems in no way affects how a company conducts it's business, but the understanding and compassion showed to me by this young lad, superseded all my expectations with regards to customer service.
