Exceptional service received - Madzulo Madala

I phoned to check and update a few details on my policy with King Price. I selected the option to be called back and was so within a few minutes. I was helped by a kind, friendly and polite gentleman by the name of Madzulo Madala. He was on the phone with me for 52 minutes and explained everything that I asked about in detail. I am more than pleased with the service that I have received and I have never been happier with any company than I am with King Price Insurance, especially for having staff such as Madzulo.
