Exceptional Service from Recoveries

<p>I received an excellent service from Nyiko Ndhima. She was responsible for recovering my excess from the other insurer. Not only was she friendly, but I received regular updates on the progress of the recovery. She informed me of all the steps until this morning when she called to confirm that the other party has settled and that I will receive my excess in the next few days. If all the department were like this then I wouldn't have left this insurer.</p>
