I received a substantial increase on my car and household insurance schedule today. I called in and was put through to Lianka Venter to discuss. The total increase was to be R325.23. After speaking to Lianka, she managed to reduce the increase by only R59.23 and managed to increase my household contents cover. Thank you so much Lianka for your exceptional service.
