Naseema has been the only person in your entire organization that i have dealt with that was able to assist me. After almost a month since i submitted my claim and everyone passing the buck she took it upon herself to assist me fully with my query and went above and beyond her call of duty. Before speaking to her, i had been on the line with another consultant who cut the call on me and plenty of consultants with a don't care attitude.I was close to cancelling my policy and advising all of my friends to do the same.
