Exceptional Service
I would like to come back here and share a share a story of how my experience was turned from the worst to the best . I had a car incident in October which was not handled well by the insurance leading to me withdrawing my claim . I am happy customer now because of Isolde from the claims divisions who turned my problems into solutions . I am grateful for people like her who know what a customer is . I give her a 10/10 when it comes to customer service . Thank you Isolde
