I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to the team for their exceptional assistance with a recent building claim. I am now completely satisfied with my decision to switch to King Price.

My previous experience with building insurance through a bank was nothing short of a nightmare. Their unresponsive phone lines and cumbersome process (only reachable through a complaints email) made the situation incredibly frustrating. For a geyser claim, the waiting period extended well over a month, which I found completely unacceptable. When a leaking pipe emerged, I dreaded the idea of dealing with another insurance company.

However, my experience with King Price was a breath of fresh air. Dealing with your team was effortless, and it truly reinstated my faith that there are indeed reputable insurance companies that genuinely care about their clients. I cannot thank you enough for your swift and efficient assistance.
