Exceptional Service

I've been with King Price insurance for a while now and I needed to adjust my excess as it was very high,which is something I had arranged with them before.On this particular day(13/11/18),I was assisted by a lady by the name of Sunaina.Oh what a pleasure to have been helped by such a kind soul.She was on the ball,made me feel comfortable and made the whole process easy and hustle free.I believe in giving compliment where it's due as this increases the morale of people.Me and Su ended up talking like old friends catching up over a cup of coffee and that made me feel honoured to be under the King.I was humbled by her and compared to the bad service that we sometimes get from different places,that today was exactly what I needed.
