Today I spoke to one of your consultant whose name is Keanole. I would assume that she works at your Retention Department as I was calling to discuss cancelling my insurance policy due to excess and affordability.

I was so delighted to be assisted by someone who didn’t only try to retain me as a customer but also was in a position to see if my profile allowed for a discount and look at your service renderings in against the insurer I was going to without speaking ill of them.
