On the 26/06/2021 I bought myself a car and took out King prince insurance, unfortunately on the 05/08/2021 I was involved in a car accident. Then submitted my claim, I have never been so frustrated in my life,I was frustrated because I am new on King price then this happened.I had sleepless nights and was anxiously waiting for positive feedback. Little did I know that I am with the best insurance, my query/claim was handled professionally by one of their staff by the name of Jessica Enslin. I got update on everything that was being done regarding my claim,and was assured that they are doing their best to speed up the process, they kept me on the loop. Yesterday I got feedback that my claim was approved They made sure they put a smile back on my face.I am so grateful for this excellent service I received. Taking King price car insurance was the best decision I have ever made.
