<p>Received a call from the agent and dreading to go through a ridiculous amount of questions which seems like remembering what I had for breakfast as a toddler to predicting the kilometers to and from work, however I was pleasantly suprised and taken aback by the professionalism and competence of this young gentleman. He took me through the policy and what I need to know and explained everything with cer*****y and no ambiguity. I was made well aware of my cover and what I need to do to ensure the policy is in place and the date the cover of my new vehicle will be initialised. Brilliant service and well done!
