Excellent service with a premium reduction
I called to make a claim about a damage and this was resolved speedily. Afterwards, I was asked if I had any other wishes, and I wished for a premium reduction. R300 I'm monthly premiums was saved on the spot to reward my loyalty. King Price Insurance staff make you feel at home on a call, and while remaining professional, they speak with you with a lot of friendliness and humour, that's definitely one of the reasons I'm still with them.
