Excellent Service Rendered by Tumi

I required my premium to be assessed and details amended. Tumi Lamola assisted me. As usual, I received excellent service, BUT Tumi stood out amongst the rest this morning. The service that Tumi rendered was outstanding. Throughout this experience, Tumi demonstrated adaptability by effectively responding to my changing needs and wants. He demonstrated patience throughout and really went the extra mile to assist me. He was listening carefully and took notice of what was important to me. His language and tone was most appropriate and what caught my attention was the fact that he was most sincere in trying to solve the matter. Tumi's approach showed the maturity of an agent striving to provide excellent quality service to clients. I haven’t dealt with such an outstanding, professional, caring and sincere agent in a very long time. He excels in effective communication, demonstrated knowledge retention and recall. I also need to salute his great sense of humor. He clearly has the ability to handle pressure and constantly demonstrated efficiency. He was creative in problem solving, going the extra mile to assist me and he clearly demonstrated empathy. Employees such as Tumi, could lead to your company's continued success.
