Excellent service received

I requested insurance quote today from King Price. The lady that assisted me was Masego Kungwane. What pleasure to talk to someone you can actually hear over the phone. She was clear and very articulate. Over and above this, she was patient, helpful and understanding in terms of my needs. This is was customer service is about. The cherry on top was that she was able to get me a great premium. Well done Masego and King Price for the good service.
