I am most impressed with Unathi Gobeni, she made a stressful situation so easy ,she was on my case immediately, whilst talking to her the confirmation emails came through. She kept me up to date ,informed me continuously and even followed up when she did not receive the report from the appointed company timeously .Unathi ,your service certainly don't go unnoticed , we as consumers are very quick to complain when we are not happy ,yet sometimes overlook great service when they actually do get it.
