Excellent service, had 2 claims in less than a week, and was not given any hassle in authorization of the claims. Claims department responded very quickly, assessment was done promptly at a repair center convenient to me. Did not pester me with endless calls. I love their RepairCenter WhatsApp communication. Hoping the rest of the repair of my vehicle will be a smooth experience.
