Excellent Service from Tougheeda Brown

Firstly, king price's initial service was actually quiet poor when I called in on the 29/05/2015 to make a claim. The guy who assisted me was actually quiet rude and never provided feedback as promised. When I called in again to find out what was going on with my claim I was advised he no longer works there. Never the less, King price managed to redeem themselves by handing over my claim to Tougheeda Brown who provided excellent service to me. She was very pleasant and professional (which is exactly what King price needs). She is a asset to King price. Thank you Tougheeda for the quick and excellent service that you provided to me.
