Excellent Service from Samantha
I recently has an issue with King Price, nothing to do with claiming but with my contract being sent with blank parts in... so it was an IT issue on their side... <br> It is a long story which I am not going into now but after myself pushing KP weekly to get it resolved, I got an email from Samantha who persistently worked on the issue with IT for just over a month to get it resolved... not once complaining.<br> Good attitide and good service from Samantha!!!
