Excellent service from Normal Burness

My yearly review came up and it was time to shop around again. Norman Burness received my inquiry and phoned me to offer me a better premium which I gladly accepted. One criticism from my side. I wish that I did not have to do this myself every year. It would be wonderful if you had a review department to make it easier. I have also been claim free for 7 years, perhaps consider rewarding your loyal clients who are claim free for long periods of time.
