Excellent Service from King Price - Claim Settled Timeously

I would like to appreciate King Price for sticking to their promise of providing royal service to their customer. I have received excellent service when my car was involved in a bad accident on 28 July 2021, where my car was written off. I received a towing service whilst still on the scene, and submitting my claim was hassle-free. Counseling was arranged and provided for my son as he was traumatized from shock. I was also updated on the progress with my claim and my calls were also returned.

I heard many horror stories about insurance not wanting to settle claims but King Price never gave me a run-around or excuses. King Price tried everything to expedite my claim after I provided all the required information. Mr. Mfundo Mankule, the Claim Assessor, did exceptionally well.

Much appreciation to everyone at King Price who ensured that I received necessary updates and feedback.
