Excellent Service from King Price Assessor - Mr Msigathawa Mfazi

Thank you Msigathawa Mfazi an Assessor for King Price. I had a challenging experience with King Price when I put in a claim for my car. To cut a long story short, my car was taken in to a local panel beater, I specifically requested King Price not to take my car there as my brother had a job done by them which was not satisfactory. None the less King Price forced matters and took my car there. I received my car back after 3 weeks and mind you, I had no courtesy car as my claim was not processed yet, and King Price rejected the claim which I understand the reasons for the rejection. When I received my car, it had a damage which was not previously there when my car was dropped off at the panel beater. Msigathawa Mfazi was assigned as the Assessor to handle the matter. He is a professional and goes an extra mile for clients, gives feedback and allows a client to call on his personal number. This is the first time in my life whereby I had direct access to an assessor and could be updated with my feedback when requesting an update on my car, to me feedback is highly essential as a client. He ensured my car gets repaired and it only took 2 days to get it fixed, unlike the last time it took a whole 3 weeks. If Mr Mfazi had been assigned as my assessor with the initial claim I would have never left King Price insurance, considering how he solved my challenge when my car was damaged at the panel beater. Mr Mfazi redeemed King Price reputation and he is a perfect example of their slogan. I might not be a current client of King Price, but I would like to give my appreciation to King Price for ensuring my car got repaired and most importantly to their assessor Msigathawa Mfazi for the excellent service that he rendered to me.
