Excellent service from exceptional staff

Wow! What an absolute pleasure! I was assisted by Shumani Mashamba, and she was such a delight! Even though it is a public holiday and I made her read about a 100 pages of script, she was so friendly, continuously making sure that I understand everything whilst making a joke here and there just to make me smile. She is such a treasure and makes me glad to know that my insurance is handled by exceptional staff. Thank you once again!
