Excellent Service from Bongani

I had an issue where my account was debited incorrectly since last year December. I also received quotes and requested changes to my quotes and never received the required responses. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Bongani Dlamini who was able to assist me with a better quote and he arranged for my refund to be scheduled.
