Excellent service from Andre Potgieter

I called the King Price call center to review my insurance policy which had increased significantly at the policy anniversary date. I got through to Andre Potgieter who explained the different factors that caused my insurance to increase, even though there was a valid reason for the high increase due to the number of incidents i had over the year he still managed to have my monthly premium revised down. This saves me R1,700 over the year in premiums i would have paid.
