Excellent service from Agent
Jaylene Appel was absolutely amazing. Thank you for the wonderful service. I felt anxious when my car broke down but Jaylene assured me all will be okay and arranged a tow truck immediately. Thank you for checking in on me during the process as well until all was finalized. I sincerely appreciate it. The only concern I have is that my car was not insured for mechanical breaks only for accident coverage, so I do advise not to make the same mistake and ASK what your "comprehensive" cover entails.
