Excellent Service!!!

On 23rd April I send an email to both my insurance service providers to explore my options around lock-down period. Needless to say King Price was the first to respond. I received a call from Saranya Naiker who from the onset reassured me throughout the call that King Price value clients like me and will do anything in their power to keep me happy as a valued customer. I felt so valued that I decided to get a comparison quote for my other vehicle as well. The funny part is that even after the comparison, I would pay a little bit more then what I’m currently paying, I still decided to move service provider. Thanks for your professionalism understanding and giving me a lock-down restructure payment on my existing vehicle and the good customer experience.
