I just wanna say that this young man by the name of Philani Njapha is truly exceptional! Not only did he assist with my nightmare of a complex situation of my lost phone, but also helped me calm down from an almost complete mental breakdown. I've dealt with other very good consultants from other insurance Companies but Philani Njapha is by far the best!
