Excellent service , customer care and proffessionalism

A month back I was frustrated by my claim that was taking long than I expected. During my interactions I talked Samu Mbhele person who dealt with me professionally and put it upon herself to rectify the negative experience that I had with the insurance and turned it into a good service. She reasoned with me, willing to help and listened to my concerns up until all my issues were resolved. I would like to sincerely thank her assistance and she is the only reason I decided to remained with King price till today. This an example of a type of service that one needs in times of tragedies.
