Excellent Service!!!!

I would like to commend King Price Insurance for its excellent service. I submitted a claim for a leaking geyser on Sunday evening, 25 January 2026. The following day, i.e. 26 January 2026 I received a follow up call from one of the consultants to do further assessment and 2 hours one of the suppliers (plumbers) came to do the assessment and indicated that the geyser was indeed leaking and cannot be repaired. It was ultimately replaced on 27 January 2026.

I was satisfied with the excellent and the short turnaround time by King Price.
