Excellent service by the King of Insurance and Rhonwin Jacobus !

I updated my Policy today with King Price and as always it was a pleasure dealing with The King of Insurance Companies. Firstly I didn't have to wait for a consultant, listening to horrible music for long. The phone barely rang and a consultant answered the phone. The line was bad on my side and it had an eco when I spoke. The consultant said he will phone me back and after I put the phone down he phoned back immediately. My update took 13min on the phone. I provided the detail on the call and received the accurately changed policy directly after the call. The consultant was very friendly and it sounded as if he enjoys his work and loves the company he works for. It is so good to see that their is one company in South Africa that is still passionate about providing excellent service to its customers!
