Excellent service by Tamarin Lee Thompson
Even though I would have preferred not to be penalized/paying more after a 3rd party drove into me and she admitted this to the Legal Dept. I am not happy with my premium but I definitely had the best service given to me by any of their agents so far. Tamarin-Lee Thompson, you are an asset to this company and thanks to YOU, I am still with them. You tried and assisted as far as you could and that is the part that I really appreciate. Your compassion and trying to walk the extra mile is much appreciated and King Price should hold on to you as you are the one who still has me on board as a client. Well done Tamarin Lee Thompson

You understood my frustration and even though we cant change the system or the circumstances surrounding my premium, I have to say to King Price that you have assets in your team like Renier to whom you should hold onto as they are the reason why I am still with King Price.
