When I called to inquire about a debit order, Quentin explained everything professionally. He also corrected the VIN number on my car, which a previous agent did not do correctly. He also helped me concerning the tracking device which I cancelled and he did the necessary updates on my policy. While I was still talking to him, he emailed me the updated policy, which I have never experienced before. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Quentin is an excellent agent.
