<p>I contacted King Price to complain about a policy that I had cancelled and yet payments were still deducted. I was fuming to say the least when I called. </p> <p>A lady by the name of Sonja spoke to me first, and she was very helpful and put me through to her supervisor. This man took me from being smoking mad to actually agreeing to continue doing business with King Price. Not only did he convince me, he calmed me down, refunded my money and then improved on my previous quote from King Price. </p> <p>This is what I call excellent service. I am a converted man. I will be doing business with King Price from now on, and if this is the standard of service I can expect, I will be a loyal customer for a very long time to come. </p> <p>I did not expect the treatment I got, I was shocked, and surprised. I WILL be recomending KP to everyone I know from now on. </p> <p>Thank you guys for this. You took what was a really bad day and made it feel good. I felt special. Thank you....</p>
