Excellent service Brendon. Very good communicator and very tuned in. I’ve been very unhappy with the premium on my cellphone which was based on an inflated retail value of the phone. Hadn’t had time to query it, I was actually thinking of cancelling the damn thing altogether. But he instinctively identified that problem and brought my premiums down without me asking. My car was sold now on the 5th of the month and he offered to pay back 92percent of my premium…now that’s business with integrity and a breath of fresh air when dealing with insurances.
